Dear Nick,

When sitting down to this year's Thanksgiving table, our family celebrated the people who have been our saviors this year. You, along with your talented and supportive staff were up at the top of the list!

Looking back on this fall, our daughter Cari, as you know just moved to Connecticut in September to attend graduate school at Sacred Heart, found herself dealing with bigger challenges than her rigorous program in physical therapy with extensive car troubles and her beloved dog "Sadie" who escaped in Brooklyn ultimately lost for 7 weeks. How fortunate she was that after moving there for a week she met you when facing those painful several first weeks. Had you not been such a support to her, we are sure that she could not have kept her sanity. You and your staff went above and beyond to help Cari navigate through her car repairs during this difficult time, including resolving repairs at the lowest cost possible, in a timely manner and even loaning her a vehicle for over a week.

When I share this story with friends here in Ohio, they cannot believe such kindness in an auto mechanic, including the time Ken from your shop drove out to Cari's school because she locked her keys in her car after a crank phone call about her lost dog had left her distraught. We so appreciate ALL of your help to Cari and though her car could not be saved, "Sadie" was found and she has a pocket full of dear memories which are priceless and never to be forgotten from the good folks at Nick's Automotive!

Thank you so much for all your thoughtfulness during that fragile time and we wish you and everyone at "Nick's" warm holiday wishes throughout this season and into the new year.
