Pressure test cooling system for leaks. Flush engine, radiator
and heater core in both directions. Bring coolant to -35 degrees
Fahrenheit. Ph balance coolant to between 9.8 and 10.5. Visually
inspect radiator and cooling fan for proper operation. Visually

Clean condenser fins as required; Inspect and adjust AlC drive
belt; Performance test AlC operation; Inspect all visible AlC
components for leaks and add Freon dye as needed; Test

Inspect hydraulic system for visible leaks. Remove all four
wheels and inspect brake lining for wear. Remove brake dust
and deglaze shoes. Adjust brakes. Adjust parking brake.
Lubricate backing plate and adjust brake hardware.

Road test for engine performance and transmission operation
and shift patterns. Flush transmission cooler and cooler lines.
Flush transmission valve body. Flush transmission torque
converter. Thorough cleaning of all internal parts. Flush all
contaminated transmission fluid out and replace all the
transmission fluid with clean fluid. Install transmission additive to
revitalize transmission seals and O-rings. Top off transmission

Clean fuel injectors. Clean ISC/ASC motor, as required. Clean
throttle body intake. Visually inspect fuel lines and fuel rail.
Pressure test fuel pump. Test and visually inspect fuel pump,
fuel pressure regulator, vacuum line and connections.
De-carbonize intake manifold. De-carbonize intake and exhaust
valves. De-carbonize combustion chamber and pistons. Test
exhaust emission.

Inspect battery connections. Charge battery to full capacity.
Load test battery and record readings. Inspect alternator belt
and adjust as required. Perform alternator output test and
record readings. Perform starter draw test and record readings.

Inspect brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all
hydraulic lines and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders.
Inspect master cylinder and cap. Clean out dirt and old fluid
from master cylinder. Flush old fluid out of master cylinder,
calipers and wheel cylinders until clean. Top off master cylinder
brake fluid level with new fluid. Road test vehicle for proper
brake operation.
